Privacy notice

This roster service (www.neuronwork.com) helps Catholic parishes schedule their communion ministers. It is run free of charge for the parishes that use it.

What we keep

For each minister: name, WhatsApp number, the groups they serve in, dates they are away, their duties, and whether they agreed to receive WhatsApp messages. For coordinators: name, email and a password (stored scrambled).

How it is used

Only to arrange duties: sending the roster, reminders, stand-in requests and changes by WhatsApp. Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We do not sell or share the information, and we do not send advertising.

Who can see it

The coordinators of your own parish, and the person who runs the service. Each parish sees only its own ministers.

Your choices

You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time from your personal page, or by replying STOP. To have your details corrected or removed, ask your parish coordinator.

This notice is given in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
